The 2025-26 girls' basketball postseason for WDA Division AA teams began with West Region Tournament play. Two play-in games were held Feb. 27. Quarterfinal play was March 5 at the Bismarck Event Center. Loser-out and semifinals were held on March 6 with two state-qualifiers and championship on March 7. The top four place winners advanced to the Division AA Tournament.

The Region 3 Tournament was held at the Minot State Dome while the Region 4 Tournament was held at Standing Rock High School. Participating WDA teams were TMCHS (Belcourt) in Region 3 and Watford City in Region 4. The top 3 finishers in each respective region advanced in the postseason.
